About us
Haciendas de Ybor Apartments is a Section 8 housing community for the elderly and disabled (ages 62 and older). We are located in Ybor City near the Central Business District of Tampa. The project was developed in concert with HUD 236 program and has provided affordable housing since its inception in 1970. Our buildings are two story, garden style walkups totaling 100 units, consisting of studios and one (1) bedroom apartments.

Location
Uniquely located just south of Interstate 4 in what was once known as the “Cigar Capital of the World” and adjacent to downtown Tampa. The community is accessible from 17th Street North between East Palm and East 12th Avenues.
Within walking distance from the community to public transportation offers accessibility to nearby medical centers, grocery stores, schools, churches and banks. The area boasts beautiful landscapes, parks and museums including Ybor City Centennial Park, Ybor City Historic District and Downtown Tampa.
